Blade Alignment:

When installing the blade set, make sure the moving blade does not extend beyond the fixed blade. Proper alignment helps reduce pulling, snagging, and unnecessary skin contact.

Zero-Gap Adjustment:

Place the clipper lever in the shortest position and loosen the blade screws slightly. Carefully align the moving and fixed blades for the desired cutting position, making sure the moving blade remains slightly behind the fixed blade edge. Once aligned, tighten the screws securely.
